FAQS

Do you offer mobile windshield replacement?

Yes, we are fully mobile! Same as our repair service. Please let us know your year, make, model, and VIN number. So we can ensure we can get the correct glass for your car. We can replace any glass on your vehicle except sunroof/moonroof. Our mobile service can reach you anywhere you are, whether it’s your home, your office, or anywhere else.

What if my windshield damage is too large or severe to be repaired?

If your windshield damage is too large or severe to be repaired, the only option is to replace the entire windshield with a new one.

We can also help you with that and provide you with a high-quality fair priced windshield replacement service that meets or exceeds the original manufacturer’s standards.

Do you replace door window glass or back glass?

Yes, we replace both door window glass and back glass! Our expert technicians can handle replacements for both types of glass, whether you prefer our convenient mobile service or to visit the shop. We'll ensure your vehicle's glass is replaced quickly and professionally, no matter the location.

What types of windshield cracks can you fix?

We can fix star, bulls-eye, and combination cracks that are smaller than six inches. We are not able to fix cracks that are larger than that.

Do you offer mobile windshield repair?

Yes, we are fully mobile! Our mobile service can reach you anywhere you are, whether it’s your home, your office, or anywhere else. You pick the time and place that works for you and we’ll be there to fix your windshield in a snap!

Does my insurance cover my replacement?

In Texas, if you have comprehensive coverage, your insurance will typically cover the cost of replacing your windshield or other auto glass after you pay your deductible. This means you'll be responsible for paying your deductible amount to us, and your insurance will cover the rest.

We work with all major insurance companies and handle the claims process for you, whether you choose our mobile service or visit the shop. Contact us with your insurance details, and we’ll help determine your coverage and make the process as smooth as possible.

Will my insurance rate increase?

If you have comprehensive insurance coverage, you can usually get your windshield repaired for free. Many insurance companies prefer repair over replacement because it saves them money and it’s safer, faster, and more convenient for you.

Your insurance company can give you more details about their policy on windshield repair, but most of them won’t increase your rates just because you fixed your windshield. In fact, they may even encourage you to do so instead of replacing your windshield, which is much more expensive.

How long does it take to fix a small windshield chip?

Your time is valuable and you don’t want to wait long for your windshield to be fixed. That’s why our skilled and certified technicians can repair your windshield chip in as little as 15 minutes using our technology and tools.

You can drive your car immediately after the repair without any worries. You can also wash your car, go to a car wash, or get your vehicle inspected right after the repair. Our chip repair process does not compromise the quality or safety of your windshield in any way.

Will my windshield be completely restored after the repair?

We use a two-step restoration process that not only fixes your windshield chips, but also restores it to its original strength and durability. Unlike other companies that use a one-step process that only fills the crack, we use a special resin that bonds with the glass and seals the crack completely. This prevents the crack from spreading and causing more damage.

Our process is backed by a warranty that covers any defects or failures in our work. The only thing you may notice after our repair is a slight cosmetic mark left by the chip. This mark is normal and does not affect the performance or safety of your windshield.
