To ensure the validity of this warranty, please notify us within 30 days of discovering any defects. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from delays in reporting the issue.

For recalibration services, we provide a one-year guarantee from the date of recalibration or until the next recalibration event, whichever comes first. Recalibration events are defined by your vehicle manufacturer and encompass scenarios such as vehicle collisions, windshield replacements, camera disconnections or removals, and vehicle realignments. Rest assured, we stand by our work and strive to deliver lasting satisfaction.

Before each installation, San Antonio Windshield Company technicians inspect the vehicle for any visible damage and document the findings on a pre-inspection form.

San Antonio Windshield Company is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that existed prior to service. In some cases, we may not discover damage to the vehicle until we remove the glass. This might include rust or other damage to the pinch weld or frame that prevent a safe installation. In these instances, prior to any installation, you are responsible for all costs to repair the damage or rust including the cost to transport your vehicle to and from a qualified body shop if necessary.

Damage not resulting from defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty IN NO EVENT SHALL SAN ANTONIO WINDSHIELD COMPANY, ITS PARENT AND/OR AFFILIATE COMPANIES, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR GLASS.

If you live in a state that does not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, this warranty exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

I understand my vehicle is equipped with a forward-facing camera which must be recalibrated after replacement of my front windshield. If I elect not have San Antonio Windshield Co. perform this recalibration, I understand I am responsible for having this recalibration performed and that Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features may not function properly until I do so.
